Returns - 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, we will happily accept any unused, unopened and unwashed items within fourteen (14) days of delivery for full refund, less shipping and handling. Items returned after that time frame up to 30 days will be given a store credit. All defective items will be accepted for replacement up to 30 days after purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging with tags still attached.  Clearance items are final sale and can not be returned. Returns, exchanges and store credit vouchers can take up to fourteen (14) days to process. The shipping costs on the item(s) being returned/exchanged is not covered by Apple Girl Boutique.

If you are requesting an exchange for a damaged or defective item, please email pictures of your items, as well as the packing slip you received inside your package, to applegirlboutique@gmail.com. All merchandise must be returned to Apple Girl Boutique for final inspection.

Clothing that shows signs of wear, pet hair or have a smoke or perfume smell are not eligible for a refund or credit.

SHIPPING

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES – All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Our normal processing time is 1-3 days from time of placement and may be longer during peak shopping times.

SHIPPING – All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail. Depending upon where you live, shipping will be 2-5 days. If you choose Priority Mail, the shipping time is 1-3 days, depending upon where you live.

We will always try to process and ship orders as quickly as we can.

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

We understand that sometimes things can get lost during the shipping process or items may get stolen, and we will do our best to try and assist you in finding your missing item.

Please make sure to double check you have input the correct address in your initial order. If there is an error, please reach out to us, so we can keep an eye out for the package if it gets returned to us. If we shipped to the wrong address, we will make it right.

If your address and information is correct, please check with your local post office.
